Over the past 10 years I have been a silent contributor to hundreds of websites, promotions & events. For awhile I’ve been looking to create a resource to help business owners to learn more and make better decisions online.
I’ve struggled with imposter syndrome quite a bit and I’ve stayed quiet much longer than I should have. All of the content published here is intended to be helpful.
If you have a question about how something works, or why something isn’t working please let me know. I have many opinions about services that are designed to extract money from business owners in exchange for very little value and I will not pull any punches.
Eventually this site will cover topics: Website Platforms, Landing Pages, SEO, Social Media, Page Speed, eCommerce, NewsLetters, CRM, Payment Processors, Digital Communications, and related things in between… generally how to level up your game by improving how all of these pieces work together.

Answer: Whatever company is paying me the most to say their name here.
This is exactly the kind of crap that I’ve encountered working for clients over the last 10+ years. Owners seek advice and get upsells veiled as advice. To the extent possible, I will limit this behavior on this site.
What’s the point?
The goal with this site is to create a vibrate community of owners who learn and share ideas of what’s working for them or how to make changes that might work in the future. To support this site and feed my kids, I will add a members only section for a fee. The fees charged for access or products will be the revenue and referrals or references to third parties will be based on my experience or those of others on the platform and NOT tied to an affiliate program.
I am starting this community for several reasons. The biggest is I’ve been sitting on the fence with this idea for a long time. My dog Riley, pictured above recently passed away in my arms at 5:30AM on our living room floor. It was likely one of the most devastating experiences I’ve ever had.
I have a lot of love and gifts to share with the world and I’m going to start giving instead of hiding. Give until it hurts like Riley would have done.
Excuse the mess
This site is new. I will be adding new posts, Monday through Friday, with very little exceptions until I hit 100 posts, then I’ll reevaluate. Some posts will suck, some will be amazing. Some will get updated and will turn into evergreen content, some will be forgotten.
